Competition Coaching Transformation

17 months with Ryan: consisted of a successful reverse, digestion and hormone corrections, building new tissue, maintaining a healthy lean state of minimum fat needed to support growing muscle, (22 lbs weight gain), a mini cut and about a 24 week prep. My coach, Ryan Fitch, is not only just a valuable coach, but truly has a deep understanding and passion of the sport that I've come to love and possesses an incredible ability to inspire and motivate, helping me continue to work on reaching my full potential even the days I don't see it, all while helping me navigate it through 2 devastating hurricanes to my home town, a new business endeavor, family, around the clock work, 42nd Birthday and lots of life happening full force. We make a great team. Ryan and I have been working together since last May, coming off my first NPC Season where I barely qualified for Nationals but was far from solid enough to step on a national stage with the confidence I needed for it.
